How to register?
Registration for the ICLAF 2024 is done only through the online registration system. All participants must register for the conference.
Early registrations are due on May 31, 2024. The late fee will be automatically charged if your payment has not been received by May 31, 2024.
Alterations to the registrations will only be accepted in writing at iclaf2024@eventure.gr.

What do the registration fees include:
- Participation in all Scientific Sessions.
- Welcome Reception.
- Entrance to the Exhibition Hall.
- Refreshments as per times indicated in the programme.
- Printed conference material.
- Certificate of Attendance (send via email after the conference).
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed at iclaf2024@eventure.gr :
- Cancellations received until and including June 30, 2024 – full refund.
- Cancellations received between July 1 until July 31, 2024 – 50% refund.
- From August 1, 2024 – no refund will be made.
